Before We Meet

You receive:

A “brand interview” questionnaire to prepare for our initial discussion.

The brand interview helps us to define the core essence and desired perception of your brand.

A “messaging and mission survey” which aims to identify the core verbal identity and value proposition of your brand.

A link for your project folder.

This link will serve as the shared space between you and the VSI Branding team to store our project schedule, communications, inspirations and your designs. We’ll ask for your design inspiration at the start. This is the ideal place to provide those examples!

Discovery Call

Think of the brand discovery call as a friendly, in-depth chat where we really get to know your business, what you’re all about, and where you want to go. It’s our starting point to grab all the important info so we can figure out the best way to make your brand shine.

Proofing Process

Following your review of the initial design proof, we can discuss or communicate any revisions you anticipate through the designated design rounds.

The moment you’ve been waiting for! We’ll coordinate all of the elements you’ve approved into one final project folder including your custom brand guide for your own use.
